Job description

Student Assistant (Atlanta) This is an hourly paid student position for the summer semester only. Primarily assisting the Atlanta Stetson-Hatcher School of Business team with various administrative support functions. Administrative functions include but are not limited to answering phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail, data entry and analysis, flyer creation, room set ups, and paper/electronic record maintenance. This position requires knowledge of Microsoft office software and a willingness to learn more, as well as interpersonal skills to work with graduate students. Also, Student Assistants must be willing to talk to new students and families in person or virtually as well as support Student Services events when needed. Other duties will be assigned by the Director of Student Services as needed. In addition, this position may require some evening and weekend hours, but they will be kept to a minimal. This position will report to the Director of Student Services at the Stetson-Hatcher School of Business- Atlanta Campus. The student assistant will also maintain a professional appearance, work with various computer applications and software, such as Excel, and Word, as well as assist faculty, staff, and students when needed. Pay rate: $13.00/hour Scheduled Hours: 20 Start Date: 06/23/2025 End Date: 08/15/2025
