Varsity Assistant Football Coach
Reports to Head Coach, Athletic Director and School Principal
Summary of Position:
We are seeking a passionate, committed Varsity Assistant Football Coach to join our program. This individual will work with the Head Coach to develop student athletes in skill, technique, discipline, teamwork, and Christ-like character.

Qualifications:
  • Previous prep football coaching or playing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the game and ability to teach fundamentals
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Christian education
  • Ability to mentor and disciple student athletes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Experience (not required)
  • Experience coaching at the high school level
  • Experience with strength adn conditioning programs

Time Committment
  • Daily practices during season
  • Coach's weekly meetings
  • Games weekly
  • Offseason involvement as agreed to within coaching staff
