Job description

Project Manager

  • Project Manager on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services. 
  • Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. 
  • Develops and maintains project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures; responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs; oversees project progress and workload through duration of project. 
  • Manages Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix) to select vendor products; Write contract Scope of Deliverables; Follows process and standards update and creation. 
  • Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management; Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes; Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications); Monitor and report on project KPIs. 
  • Looking for candidate who is passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience, has demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • 1. Enterprise Network Implementation Management — experience leading end-to-end network deployments, infrastructure readiness, and deployment planning. 
  • 2. WAN Connectivity and Carrier Circuit Coordination — skilled in WAN planning, circuit delivery tracking, telecom provider coordination, and circuit readiness. 
  • 3. Cisco Network Infrastructure Modernization — experience supporting Cisco switching environments, secure connectivity, routing/switching coordination, and network refresh initiatives. 
  • 4. Network Cutover and Migration Planning — ability to manage enterprise cutover planning, traffic transitions, stabilization, and business-critical migration activities. 
  • 5. Network Security and Access Infrastructure Projects — experience managing secure connectivity, DDoS mitigation, malware defense, and enterprise authentication/access reliability.
  • Experience Level: 5+ years
  • Duration: Long-Term Open-Ended Contract
  • Environment: Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams). Clarity PPM. Azure DevOps. 
  • Position is Hybrid, expect 2 onsite days per week.
