Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage projects within budgets and to meet or exceed Superior and client expectations
  • Determine project schedules and adapt our project schedules to clientโ€™s schedule
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage contractors and vendor partners
  • Manage onsite technicians
  • Purchase material/provide purchasing instructions to coordinators
  • Provide regular status reports including: material purchases, labor utilization, % complete, and 3-week forecast
  • Develop reports as needed
  • Estimate, negotiate, and implement change orders with customers' approvals
  • Track and verify all deliverables are of quality standards and are delivered in a professional and timely manner.
  • Adhere to all laws, company policies, and OSHA standards.
  • Increase job knowledge as industry changes by attending industry training and reading professional publications
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at meetings, site visits, and events

Requirements

  • OSHA 30
  • Understanding of all stages of project management
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of voice, data, and video structured cabling systems
  • Working knowledge of TIA and BICSI Standards
  • Budget management
  • Labor and material negotiation skills.
  • Quality control management
  • Scheduling
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturers and products including Commscope, Panduit, Belden, Corning, and Legrand
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of building codes
  • Ability to read building drawings and line drawings.
  • Project Management Certifications
  • Manufacturer or Industry trainings such as CommScope, Panduit, BICSI
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Must maintain a valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
