Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from planning through implementation. This role is responsible for managing technology infrastructure and modernization projects, coordinating stakeholders, overseeing procurement and vendor activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, extensive knowledge of telecommunications and networking infrastructure, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute strategic technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT infrastructure and technology projects.

·         Coordinate project activities from initiation through implementation while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

·         Conduct and review site assessments to evaluate technology infrastructure and identify operational needs.

·         Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and implementation strategies.

·         Manage technology infrastructure initiatives involving networking equipment, wireless access points, routers, switches, cabling, and related systems.

·         Coordinate internet service provider (ISP) migrations, vendor transitions, and infrastructure deployment activities.

·         Manage procurement activities, including developing RFPs, evaluating vendors, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

·         Oversee contract administration and vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations.

·         Coordinate implementation activities while minimizing operational disruption.

·         Support strategic planning initiatives related to technology modernization and infrastructure improvements.

·         Prepare project documentation, reports, status updates, and executive presentations.

·         Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

·         Review compliance with applicable telecommunications programs, funding requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

·         Experience managing ISP migrations and large-scale vendor transitions.

·         Extensive experience with procurement processes, contract administration, and RFP development.

·         Experience managing multiple vendors and cross-functional project teams.

·         Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

·         Experience using project management tools and reporting methodologies.
