Syracuse Time & Alarm is seeking a motivated and growth-driven Low Voltage Sales Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team in New York State. This role combines technical expertise with sales leadership to deliver customized low-voltage technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in building client relationships, identifying opportunities, designing tailored solutions, and providing technical guidance throughout the sales process and beyond.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESClient Relationship Management

  • Create technical specifications, solution documentation, scopes of work, and detailed proposals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams when customized solutions are required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Familiarity with video surveillance, access control, fire alarm systems, structured cabling, networking, audio/visual systems, or related technologies is highly desirable.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
