  • Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, technical runbooks, and developer-facing documentation that enable continuity, cross-training, and backup support.
  • Partner with senior engineers and BI/Data leadership to align product decisions that drive modernization towards reusability of tools, stronger governance, and more scalable delivery.
Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Databricks, or a comparable environment, for developing pipelines, integrating AI-enabled capabilities, and building operational tools and workflows.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data structures, with the ability to reason through schemas, joins, validation logic, and data quality issues.
  • Experience using version control and structured engineering workflows, including Git/GitHub; familiarity with VS Code and CLASP strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve production issues with urgency and discipline, balancing immediate user needs with root-cause analysis and longer-term fixes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and maintain alignment across users, federal leadership, other contract SMEs/teams, and peers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated understanding of federal acquisition processes, government systems and ability to integrate deeply into constrained data environments.
