THE DAY TO DAYPerform complete structural and non-structural collision repairs to OEM standards
Analyze damage and execute repairs using proper repair procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Repair or replace damaged body panels, frame components, and structural assemblies
Perform panel fitting, metal finishing, and precise body alignment
Work closely with estimators, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient repairs
Maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair process
Conduct quality inspections to ensure every repair meets Winner Automotive Group and manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
THE RIGHT FIT8+ years of professional collision repair experience
Current I-CAR Certification required
Ford Certifications a definite plus!
Experience working in an OEM Certified collision repair facility is highly preferred
Strong structural and non-structural repair skills
Ability to interpret repair procedures and follow OEM guidelines
Commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
Self-motivated with excellent time management and productivity
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
