  • Support teams on projects involving major hydroelectric structures, including dams, dikes, spillways, intakes, headrace and tailrace canals, penstocks, tunnels, galleries, power plant buildings, equipment foundations, retaining walls, access structures, and other related structures
  • Promote knowledge sharing and technical coaching
  • Be a reference point for clients and internal teams to showcase the department's expertise on high value-added mandates

Talentdevelopment

  • Support employee recruitment, onboarding and retention
  • Help develop skills and the next generation
  • Prepare and implement succession plans for key positions
