Departmentmanagement and leadership

  • Engage, mentor and develop managers and team members
  • Promote collaboration across offices, disciplines and departments

Technical excellence - Civil and structural engineering for hydropower

  • Provide technical leadership to the Civil and Structural Engineering department in complex hydroelectric infrastructure projects
  • Support teams on projects involving major hydroelectric structures, including dams, dikes, spillways, intakes, headrace and tailrace canals, penstocks, tunnels, galleries, power plant buildings, equipment foundations, retaining walls, access structures, and other related structures
  • Promote knowledge sharing and technical coaching
  • Be a reference point for clients and internal teams to showcase the department's expertise on high value-added mandates

Talentdevelopment

  • Support employee recruitment, onboarding and retention
  • Help develop skills and the next generation
  • Prepare and implement succession plans for key positions
  • Assist department managers with leadership

Businessdevelopment

  • Support activities aimed at business development and identifying strategic business opportunities
