Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily maintenance related upkeep of hotel suites via mechanical and aesthetic workmanship.

What Will You Do?
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Schedules, monitors and/or performs preventative maintenance within hotel suites.
  • Diagnoses problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, interior structural, and appliances.
  • Maintains painting and structural integrity within guest rooms.
  • Ensures work orders have been completed in a timely, efficient, thorough, and professional manner.
  • Provides excellent customer service and promotes a quality living experience for all guests.
  • Provides emergency maintenance work when required.
  • Inspects rooms to maintain company quality standards, and alerts Management to items that need to be repaired.
  • Assists Management with scheduling and communicating with vendors and contractors.
  • Assists Management with obtaining bids from outside contractors, as well as oversees contractor work for completeness.
  • Assists with purchasing and maintaining maintenance supplies for the job duties of the property.
  • Accurately prepares and submits property invoices in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Participates in Company-provided training such as safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention.
  • Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within necessary scope of practice

What You Bring
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Recommended completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
  • Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance recommended
  • Four or more years of manufacturing experience; inclusive of pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC and HVAC experience. Vacuum furnace experience is preferred
  • Professional and/or high personal experience with painting and patching required.
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently

Salary Range:
$59K - $61K
