Job Description

The purpose of this role is to stripe all parking lots at company locations nationwide on
schedule.

  • Apply paint or lacquer using striping equipment to parking lots, side roads, and
    bollards
  • Stripe parking lots in accordance with ADA rules and regulations
  • Examine finished surfaces and verify conformance to specifications; retouch any
    defective areas
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment
  • Clean surfaces of work pieces in preparation for coating, using cleaning fluids,
    solvents, brushes, scrapers, steam, sandpaper, or cloth
  • Select and mix ingredients to prepare coating substances according to specifications
  • Conceal blemishes, nicks, and dents in work pieces using fillers
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and
    team members are supported at the highest level
  • Ensure all activities follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure completion of annual striping projects at all company locations within a
    calendar year
  • Responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
  • Valid state driver’s license required
  • Must pass a pre-employment DOT background check, medical exam, and drug
    screen to obtain a DOT Certified medical card.
  • Current DOT medical card preferred.
  • Must pass a DOT driving test and have a clear Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • Minimum three years’ striping or parking lot maintenance experience preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Must conform to all DOT hours of service regulations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, problem solve, and navigate change
