- Ability to work on your feet and lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in both Hot and Cold weather
- Reliable transportation to Work
- Willingness to learn — no experience required - but experience helps
- Team‑oriented mindset and respect for craftsmanship
- Must be willing to travel and be out of state for 2-4 weeks at a time as well as be available for work in either Madison, WI or Minneapolis, MN when local work is required
- Prefer a Valid Class A CDL
