Empire Parking Lot Services – Orange, CA
Empire Parking Lot Services is hiring a Striping Foreman to lead striping projects and 
crews across Southern California. This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who 
takes pride in quality work, keeps jobs moving, and leads by example.
Work is performed throughout Southern California.


What the job is
• Run striping jobs from layout through completion
• Operate striping machines, trucks, and related equipment
• Read plans, lay out work, and make sure striping is accurate and clean
• Lead the crew, set the pace, and maintain quality and safety standards
• Keep production moving and jobs on schedule
• Handle customer questions on site when needed
• Communicate job progress and issues to management
• Keep job sites safe, organized, and professional
• Complete daily paperwork and submit job photos


What you need
• Striping experience strongly preferred
• Able to work long days, including regular overtime and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs, climb on trucks and equipment, and work outdoors in all 
weather conditions
• Solid math skills for layouts, measurements, and quantities
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Safety-focused, dependable, and able to lead by example
