JOB DESCRIPTION
Days: Monday - Thursday
Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Friday and Saturday overtime as needed 6:00am - 2:15pm
Pay: $33 - $34 DOE
Products: Waste heat recovery equipment designed and built to ASME Code: waste heat and process gas boilers (firetube boilers, watertube boilers), steam drums, economizers, superheaters, Pressure Vessels

WELD TEST(s)
• Welding: 6" Sch 80 6G GTAW Stringer / Hot Pass, SMAW Fill and Cap.
• 3G FCAW 1/2" Plate test

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with Flux Core (FCAW), Stick (SMAW).
• Experience with Tig (GTAW) and / or Submerged arc Welding (SAW).
• Weld in all positions (Flat, Horizontal, Vertical, Overhead).
• Must be able to Pass X-rays and other Non-Destructive testing methods.
• Variety of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, Carbon, Stainless, Chrome and Nickel alloys.
• All work must meet ASME Code, Company and Client requirements,
• Perform other shop labor tasks as needed.
• Weld in many positions (overhead, flat, horizontal, vertical)
• Proficient using Carbon arc gouge and cutting torch.
• Read and understand drawings and welding procedures
• Perform other shop labor tasks as needed.
• 5 Plus years of experience in a manufacturing setting required.
