These abilities ensure effective, coordinated responses to emergencies, safeguarding both team members and the public.

What is a strike in the workplace?

A strike is a work stoppage caused by the mass refusal of employees to work, usually as a form of protest against terms or conditions set by their employer. Strikes are typically organized by labor unions to address issues such as wages, benefits, workplace safety, or working hours. During a strike, workers may picket outside their workplace to raise awareness and pressure the employer to negotiate. Strikes are a legal form of collective bargaining in many countries, though there are regulations governing how and when they can occur.
