Job description

Companion Linc is a human service provider dedicated to serving and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Companion Linc's Day Services is committed to supporting individuals' right to work, volunteer and recreate in the community. All individuals served by Companion Linc Day Services work and volunteer in the community in a small group of 2-3 people and one Job Coach. We are seeking compassionate professionals to serve as Job Coaches who desire to engage with individuals with developmental disabilities in a meaningful way; and to support their career, educational and community inclusion goals.
A Job Coach is responsible for the following:
1. Serve as a team leader by providing direct Job Coaching to 2-3 individuals working/volunteering in the community.
2. Work to pursue new opportunities of employment and volunteering for your team members
3. Provide transportation for individuals to and from their work/volunteer location (must have a reliable vehicle, current valid driver's license and vehicle insurance)
4. Complete daily documentation of services provided to the individuals on your team
5. Work as a positive team member with other Job Coaches
