 What You’ll Do

  • Lead 1:1 sessions
  • Small Group Training (1-4 people)
  • Large Group Team Training (3-15 people)
  • Deliver fitness consultations and programming
  • Inspire and educate members in and out of sessions
  • Motivate consistency, celebrate progress, and help clients shift their lifestyle long-term
  • Contribute to outreach, retention, and creating a gym culture people LOVE

Requirements

  • Must hold an NCCA-accredited cert (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, etc)
  • Strong knowledge of fitness and body mechanics
  • Ability to coach in a high-energy, people-first setting

Compensation & Growth

You’ll earn a base hourly rate plus commission for sessions delivered and packages sold.
