Job description

Position Overview

We are looking for aesthetically minded individuals with a warm, magnetic personality and a strong visual silhouette who thrive in high-traffic environments. You will welcome guests with genuine hospitality, wear our official all-black uniform with pride, and maintain flawless store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Provide a welcoming, positive, and high-energy in-store customer experience; introduce and assist customers with Eye wear products through personalized styling based on face shape and their outfit of the day.
  • Transaction & Packaging: Process transactions efficiently via POS to eliminate bottlenecks; package products accurately and carefully, adhering to product inspection rules and strict packaging limits (maximum of 3 product boxes per shopping bag).
  • Inventory Management: Support stockroom organization and daily replenishment to ensure smooth store operations; retrieve and organize items utilizing the counter Drawer Allocation chart and update inventory via Google Sheets.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain absolute store cleanliness, product displays, and the overall store environment; tasks include continuous polishing of display eyewear to keep them fingerprint-free, daily mirror cleaning, diffuser management, and participating in monthly deep cleanings.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, premium hospitality, or contemporary customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, and an approachable, egoless fashion mindset.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a sharp style alignment with contemporary/high-street fashion aesthetics.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and actively engage with customers on the sales floor for extended periods, with the physical ability to safely lift and move inventory boxes weighing up to 30 lbs during morning shipments and restocking.
  • A reliable, punctual, and well-planned commute strategy to Beverly Hills, keeping in mind the busy retail and parking dynamics of the Rodeo Drive area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Luxury, fashion, contemporary streetwear, or eyewear retail experience preferred.
