Job Description Platform Engineer Position Overview We are seeking a Platform Engineer to support the development, automation, and operation of enterprise cloud and data platforms. This role will focus on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, security, and operational support while collaborating with cross-functional technology teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy, manage, and support cloud infrastructure, networking, security configurations, data platforms, and related services.

Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules, automation scripts, standard procedures, and technical documentation. CI/CD & Release Management: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Standardize deployment processes, templates, containers, and automated quality checks.

Observability & Support: Configure monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerts. Troubleshoot platform issues, analyze performance, and support incident resolution. Platform & Application Support: Deploy and maintain cloud services, storage, databases, security services, event streaming solutions, and automated data workloads.

Security & Compliance: Support vulnerability remediation, security patching, platform hardening, audit activities, access management, and operational support. Participate in on-call rotations as required. Qualifications & Key Requirements 5+ years of overall IT experience, with 3-5 years of hands-on cloud engineering experience; Azure experience preferred.

Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, IAM/RBAC, storage, Key Vaults, and private connectivity. Experience managing and automating enterprise data platforms, including Databricks or similar technologies. Strong proficiency with Terraform, Git, and Infrastructure as Code practices.

Experience developing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages. Hands-on experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes concepts.

Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, observability, and root-cause troubleshooting. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
