Full-time, Part-time

Job description

$20–$35 / hour plus benefit

About us

Yagud Fitness is a global fitness brand with over $200M in annual revenue, selling across Amazon, TikTok Shop, our own direct-to-consumer store, and other major e-commerce platforms. We have offices in the United States, Europe, and China.

On TikTok Shop, we rank top 3 in the Sports & Outdoors category and hold the#1 in walking pads & treadmills — and we're still growing. Joining us now means being part of a team that's shaping how fitness products are sold in the live commerce era.

About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy operator to run the backend of our TikTok live streams. This is the behind-the-scenes role that keeps every broadcast running smoothly — you'll be the one managing the tools, data, and coordination that lets our hosts focus on selling.

Both full-time and part-time schedules are available. Full-time employees receive health insurance coverage.

What you'll do

  • Manage the full backend operations of TikTok live streams end-to-end, ensuring each session runs stably and efficiently
  • Operate the TikTok LIVE Manager console in real time — handling product listing, switching products, and pinning items
  • Set up and trigger promotions such as flash sales, coupons, and giveaways in sync with the host's sales pacing
  • Monitor the comment section live — pin key info, filter out violations, and maintain a positive stream environment
  • Coordinate between hosts, brand stakeholders, and the marketing team to keep everyone aligned on goals
  • After each stream, complete a data review, refine scripts based on audience feedback, and produce a performance report

Who we're looking for

  • Comfortable working with live streaming tools and dashboards (TikTok LIVE Manager or Mod experience is a plus)
  • Data-minded — you enjoy reading numbers and using them to make quick decisions
  • Strong multitasker who stays calm and focused during fast-moving live sessions
  • Good communicator who can coordinate across teams without dropping the ball
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop or e-commerce operations is preferred but not required

Pay & perks

Base pay starts at $20/hr for entry-level and higher for experienced operators. Top performers can earn up to $35/hr with our bonus structure, which includes:

  • Weekend shift bonus
  • Evening shift supplement
  • Perfect attendance reward
  • GMV performance incentive

Full-time employees also receive health insurance coverage.

Schedule

Flexible — we have openings for both full-time and part-time operators. Evening and weekend shifts available with additional pay.

Benefits:

  • Employee assistance program
  • Employee discount
  • Flexible schedule
  • Professional development assistance
  • Referral program
