What You'll Do

  • Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations
  • Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Perform a professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles tailored around your guests wants and needs
  • Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business
  • Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success

What You'll Need

  • We have state-of-the-art technology! This includes Google Suite and video communication software that is designed to help perform your job efficiently and at a high level. The ability to be knowledgeable and savvy with these technologies is a MUST to be successful in this position.
  • Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Our training program teaches the Leta Way and sets you up for success regardless of your background.
