Job Description Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic and transformation initiatives across the organization. Responsible for translating enterprise strategy into structured programs, managing transformation roadmaps, and ensuring governance mechanisms support effective delivery. Acts as a bridge between strategic intent and operational execution, enabling sustainable change and measurable outcomes.Owns and drives key strategy and transformation initiatives from concept through execution. This role supports enterprise-wide change by structuring transformation programs, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment with governance frameworks.
