Job description

Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the organization’s financial strategy, reporting, and operations. The CFO will partner with senior leadership to ensure financial resilience, sustainability, and responsible stewardship of resources across MCCH and Coalition Homes.

The role requires at least ten years of executive finance leadership, nonprofit experience, and strong knowledge of grants, budgeting, and risk management.
