JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and maintain analytic dashboards, visualizations, and interactive reports that seamlessly integrate data on international engagements, partners, topics, and outcomes.

  • Analyze program performance and activity trends, tracking the volume and type of engagements, geographic focus, and thematic priorities.

  • Provide data-driven findings, actionable insights, and recommendations to CISA International leadership based on performance analytics.

  • Support the Program Manager and policy analysts by producing summary charts, graphics, and analytic sections tailored for issue papers, executive briefings, and decision support products.

  • Work proficiently with CISA's data sources and tools (e.g., CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform) to retrieve, transform, and present data effectively.

  • Ensure all analytic products and visual representations meet CISA's rigorous standards for accuracy, clarity, and suitability for senior decision-makers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven ability to translate complex data sets into clear, compelling stories and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Proficiency with common analytics, database, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities within complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

  • Exceptional attention to detail in ensuring data accuracy and clarity in high-visibility reporting products.

  • Experience handling sensitive data and operating within secure, classified data environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analytics, or performance management for Federal or complex programs, ideally involving executive-level dashboarding and reporting.

  • Clearance: Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required (or TS/SCI eligible) and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.

  • Location: Primarily at the Government facility in Arlington, Virginia (NCR), with potential telework options as required by the agency.
