  • Define and oversee product testing protocols, quality control processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Optimize existing SKUs for performance, cost, and scalability, including SKU rationalization as needed.
Product Management & Execution

  • Manage vendor performance, quality, and timelines to ensure product excellence.
  • Optimize costs and minimum order quantities (MOQs) while balancing quality, service, and scalability.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in product development, product management, or project management within medical devices and/or consumer products, including beauty, wellness, or personal care categories.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end product development from concept through launch.
  • Technical background in product development, including prototyping, testing, quality systems, and regulatory considerations.
  • Hands‑on experience with product development, prototyping, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
  • High familiarity with DTC and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon).
  • Ability to optimize products for performance, cost, and scalability.
  • Experience managing multiple product initiatives across cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Production, Design).
  • Experience working with domestic and international vendors to manage quality, timelines, and cost control.
  • Strong analytical skills, including market research, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and post‑launch performance evaluation.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable, results‑driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA (preferred).
  • Available to work onsite once per week, plus as‑needed onsite support for product testing and evaluation.
  • Available to work onsite 4–5 days, twice per year, for U.S. Summit events.
Why Join Us
  • Be an architect of iRESTORE’s product future, defining where we go next.
  • Work alongside passionate, mission‑driven people in a high‑growth environment.
  • Opportunity to shape and scale a category‑defining brand in personal wellness.
