About TalentCount
At TalentCount, we specialize in human resources recruitment and believe that hiring with emotional intelligence can transform companies and careers. Our mission is to connect organizations with HR leaders who elevate culture, strategy, and people.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated and personable Talent Ops Intern who is eager to gain real-world experience in business and recruitment. This is a part-time role (flexible around a student schedule) designed for a dynamic individual who has strong foundational skills, curiosity for the business world, and a desire to grow. While HR interest is not required, this role is an excellent stepping stone for someone who may be considering a career in human resources or recruiting.
What You'll Do
  • Provide organizational and administrative support to our day-to-day operations involving recruitment and client acquisition
  • Support candidate outreach, data entry, and scheduling in our applicant tracking system
  • Help maintain client and candidate records with accuracy and organization
  • Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and assist with presentations in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Assist with research projects and sourcing efforts using LinkedIn and AI tools
  • Contribute to LinkedIn posts, marketing projects, and internal systems improvement
  • Join client and team calls when appropriate to gain exposure to recruitment and account management
  • Take on special projects that align with your skills and passions

What We're Looking For
  • Currently in college or recently graduated; open to students seeking internship credit
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets skills
  • Comfortable with new technology and able to quickly learn new systems
  • Prior experience using ChatGPT or AI tools for productivity and research
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Outgoing and personable; enjoys connecting with people
  • Alignment with TalentCount's mission and values (see talentcount.org)
  • Personal goals for the future and a passion of your own that excites you outside of work

Compensation
  • $15-$17 per hour, plus bonuses, incentives and perks.

What You'll Gain
  • Hands-on exposure to the world of recruitment, HR, and business operations
  • Mentorship and guidance from leadership with a commitment to your development
  • Flexibility to balance school and work
  • A meaningful role where your contributions will be valued and recognized
