Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to help shape and manage solutions and AI-enabled products across Visa Consulting & Analytics.

In this role, you will support product strategy, own execution against roadmap priorities, and enable delivery for a portfolio of data- and AI-enabled capabilities and products. You will partner with consulting, data science, engineering, AI teams, governance, and business stakeholders to define, develop, and manage products that drive client value and facilitate business growth in VCA.

Essential Functions:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Lead product discovery efforts through research, feedback analysis, and market insights to help identify opportunities and prioritize investments.

  • Lead product planning activities, including defining product vision, translating business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to inform product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.

  • Balance stakeholder needs, business objectives, and technical considerations to prioritize features and capabilities that drive adoption, growth, and ongoing optimization.

AI-Enabled Product Management & Delivery

  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, prioritization, release planning, and post-launch optimization.

  • Help define and manage AI-enabled capabilities and AI agents that enhance consulting delivery, workflow automation, and product experiences.

  • Establish success metrics focused on adoption, quality, efficiency, and business impact while ensuring compliance with responsible AI, privacy, and governance standards.

  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure products are delivered on time, achieve intended outcomes, and provide a high-quality user experience.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with consulting, engineering, data science, AI, and business teams to assess product priorities, prioritize use cases, align delivery efforts, and evaluate product performance.

  • Build strong relationships across stakeholders to drive clarity, facilitate decision-making, and manage competing priorities.

  • Communicate product vision, roadmap updates, tradeoffs, and outcomes to leadership and key partners while supporting adoption and go-to-market activities.

Compliance, Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure products adhere to Visa's privacy, security, compliance, and governance requirements.

  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.

  • Apply product management best practices, agile execution, and continuous improvement while measuring adoption, customer satisfaction, and business value realization.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

  • Experience in product management in consulting, analytics, fintech, or technology.

  • Experience with GenAI, workflow automation, copilots, or AI agents.

  • Experience working across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

  • 3+ years experience in end-to-end product management, including supporting product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for data, analytics, AI, or technology-enabled products.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.

  • Experience partnering with engineering, data science, and business teams to bring products from concept through launch and optimization.

  • Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, security, and governance requirements.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills



Information for US Applicants

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $114,400 to $193,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
