Job description

TLDR: You would advise the world's most important technology and AI companies on their most transformational questions. You would be joining a team / community where you can build a career as a true industry strategist and make a lasting impact on yourself & the market.

We Are:

Technology companies - Software, AI, Advertising Platforms, Dual-Sided Marketplaces, and Hyperscalers - are rewriting every industry, and we advise the companies doing the rewriting & have an inside look every day in this massive transformation. We are the industry strategists and advisors supporting the world's most consequential technology companies: hyperscalers building the infrastructure that powers the global economy, software platforms reinventing how they grow and compete, and AI-native companies building an entirely new category.

We work on the problems that don't have answers yet. How do you monetize an AI-native product at scale? How do you build and operate data center infrastructure fast enough to meet demand? How do you transform a $50B enterprise without losing the speed that made it great? Our work generally focuses on four domains:

  • Product & Go to Market | inclusive of building, launching, and scaling products; driving forward deployed engagements to infuse the customer in the product; reinventing product lifecycles to accelerate growth; improving monetization; and driving more profitable innovation

  • Platform Services | shifting platforms from manual operations to Data & AI-powered services that maximize trust, growth, and efficiency at billion-user scale

  • AI Compute Capabilities | inclusive of helping companies design, build, and operate AI infrastructure efficiently; improving data center delivery, utilization, and ROI across the full lifecycle while concurrently identifying cost takeout opportunities across the business

  • Transformation + Value | inclusive of driving reinvention for companies and the industry - transforming companies end-to-end across their mega-processes; leading the value/ROI identification for AI; and orchestrating the industry focus around customer zero

You Are:

A strategy advisor with professional experience working in the tech industry (Software, Hyperscalers, and AI-native companies). You are passionate about the industry and excited to tackle new problems without a playbook each day. You are energized by working in fast-moving, complex environment that is changing constantly. You are easily able to harness that complexity and define actionable strategies that your clients can execute at scale. You keep up with the market trends but also actively shape how your clients stay ahead. You thrive in ambiguity, support + grow the teams around you, and build the kind of trusted client relationships that last well beyond a single engagement.

The Work:

  • Define strategies and roadmaps that help technology companies stay ahead; spanning product strategy, AI adoption, data center strategy and implementation, total cost of ownership for AI, and go-to-market planning.

  • Shape the strategic choices defining the next generation of technology companies; where to play, how to win, how AI changes the business, and what capabilities and operating model are required to lead.

  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify where the industry is moving, where clients have exposure, and where the real opportunities are; then turn that into a clear point of view.

  • Size markets, model financial scenarios, and build the business cases that support major client decisions; from new product investments to large-scale infrastructure builds to operating model changes.

  • Identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across the business including AI-related spend, infrastructure utilization, and operational overhead.

  • Build the analytical foundation for client decisions; synthesizing market dynamics, competitive signals, financial data, and operational inputs into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Develop client-ready materials that communicate complex ideas simply and drive decisions at the executive level.

  • Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; framing the problem, designing the approach, managing the analysis, and delivering work that is ready for the client without a second pass.

  • Own quality across everything the team produces. Coherence, rigor, and client-readiness are the standard.

  • Support business development; contributing to proposals, shaping the point of view on new opportunities, and helping grow existing client relationships.

  • Lead the client relationship day-to-day; managing communication, setting expectations, and building trust over time.

  • Keep internal delivery on track; coordinating across workstreams and making sure the right people are focused on the right things.

  • Develop junior team members; give honest feedback, create real ownership opportunities, and invest in their growth.

  • Travel: Average 40 to 50% (up to 80% as needed).

Here's What You Need:

  • A bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.

Bonus Points If:

  • You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.

  • Strong client communication skills with a proven ability to influence and inspire senior executives.

  • A proven track record of delivery on complex, high-impact client engagements where AI played a central role.

  • Hands-on experience applying generative AI, machine learning, or AI-powered platforms to solve real business problems.

  • Prior experience driving insights using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

  • Familiarity with AI development ecosystems, LLM-based tooling, or AI platform strategies is a strong plus.
