C3 AI is seeking a Strategy Manager to execute and accelerate C3 AI's go-to-market strategy. As part of the Strategy team, you will drive critical go-to-market initiatives, including crafting proposals, delivering business insights through research and analysis, and creating executive-level materials, value models, and pricing strategy for industry-specific use cases. You will also be expected to leverage AI tools and automation to increase the team's throughput and quality, actively using C3 AI's own products and other frontier AI capabilities to transform how Strategy operates.

Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling proposals and RFP responses, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Products, FDE, Legal, Finance, and our Executives.
  • Sales & Product Support: Develop materials for sales presentations, demos, and negotiations, ensuring clear communication of commercial and technical details.
  • Use Case & Value Modeling: Identify and formulate AI/ML use cases, build business cases and value models, and articulate the value proposition for potential customers.
  • Pricing Strategy: Analyze pricing approaches for Enterprise AI software, develop and refine pricing frameworks and models, and operationalize pricing across the company - partnering with Sales, Finance, and Product to drive consistent execution and deal-level guidance.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities, synthesizing insights to inform company, product, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strategic Planning & Partnerships: Contribute to business development efforts, structure partnership strategies, and analyze internal KPIs for strategic planning and forecasting.
  • AI-Enabled Commercialization: Identify and implement AI-driven workflows to automate and improve Strategy team outputs - including proposal generation, competitive research, market analysis, and executive materials - increasing the speed, scale, and quality of C3 AI's commercial efforts, and serving as a hands-on champion for AI tooling within the team.
  • Team Growth: Support the Strategy team's development by enhancing processes and mentoring other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (required); MBA from a top-tier school (preferred).
  • 6 - 9 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills, including experience building value models, pricing analyses, or ROI/business cases.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing executive-ready documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Interest in Enterprise AI and experience in one or more of the following industries strongly preferred: Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Telecommunications, Healthcare.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI agents, or automation platforms) to enhance personal or team productivity - particularly in strategy, sales, or business development contexts.
