What youll do
  • The Strategic Project Manager - M&A and Growth Strategy will lead and support high-impact initiatives tied to acquisitions, integration, and strategic growth. This role will help evaluate opportunities, coordinate M&A-related workstreams, and translate business priorities into clear plans, governance, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, this individual will bring structure to complex and confidential initiatives, support decision-making, manage risks and dependencies, and help ensure strategic growth initiatives deliver business value.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead cross-functional projects tied to M&A, integration, growth strategy, and business priorities. 
    • Support acquisition evaluation, due diligence coordination, integration planning, and post-close tracking. 
    • Translate strategic objectives into clear plans, timelines, workstreams, owners, and success measures. 
    • Coordinate inputs across key functions, including Finance, Legal, Commercial, Operations, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and Market Intelligence. 
    • Track progress, risks, decisions, value realization, and business outcomes.
    • Prepare executive updates, recommendations, and decision-support materials. 
    • Facilitate alignment across senior leaders and functional teams.
    • Support repeatable M&A and strategic project tools, templates, dashboards, and governance routines.
