Responsibilities of the Strategic Project Manager

- Build forecasting and planning models to support decisions around demand, staffing, and organizational impact, presenting leadership with clear recommendations and tradeoffs.
- Drive cross-departmental alignment, surfacing and resolving competing priorities, resource constraints, and execution gaps.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, forecasts, and presentations that synthesize input from multiple departments into decision-ready recommendations.
Qualifications of the Strategic Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
- Project Management certification.
