  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Porex brand promise and delivers a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Oversee strategy for the customer sampling experience, and branded customer engagement programs.

  • Ensure messaging consistency across all communication channels.

  • Continuously evaluate brand effectiveness through customer feedback, analytics, and market insights.
QualificationsEducation:

Experience:

7-10+ years experiences in B2B content or brand marketing, ideally in manufacturing, materials science, life sciences, or healthcare.

Skills and abilities include:
  • Demonstrated success leading corporate brand strategy within technical manufacturing or engineered products.
  • Experience navigating decentralized organizations while successfully influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proven ability to build organizational followership without direct authority.
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong experience leading brand evolution during periods of organizational change.
  • Experience balancing enterprise alignment with independent business identity.
  • Outstanding strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
