About the Role 

We're seeking a dynamic and ambitious Public Relations Intern to join our team for the Fall semester in Philadelphia.  This paid internship offers college seniors/juniors invaluable hands-on experience in an agency environment while working flexibly around your class schedule. This internship will run from September 15th - December 3rd (est.) Intern schedule will vary with school schedules. Tuesday and/or Wednesday are in-office requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Research Support - Conduct comprehensive media research, develop targeted media lists, monitor industry trends, and provide strategic insights that inform our communication strategies. 
  • Monitoring & Content Creation - Tracking news cycles, identifying trends, and helping produce compelling content
  • Project Coordination Support: Assist team members with event logistics, vendor management, and campaign coordination. You'll develop essential project management skills while ensuring seamless execution of client initiatives.
  • Media Relations Contributor: Learn the art of media outreach by drafting press materials, supporting media pitching efforts, and helping secure valuable coverage for client announcements, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Digital Content Creator: Social media support and content development for both agency and client accounts.
  • Agency Operations Assist: Experience the full spectrum of agency life by supporting various departments and projects. This exposure will give you comprehensive insight into how a successful communications agency operates.

  • Current college seniors/juniors. We also welcome applications from post-grad candidates.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills

  • Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Positive attitude and collaborative work style.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Center City Philadelphia office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

Qualifications:

  • Rising Seniors, Juniors, recent post-grads
  • Available throughout the duration of the internship program 
  • Ability to be on-site at our Center City office  (Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays) weekly - we work with your school schedule. 
  • Mastery over Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience and foundational knowledge n communications related coursework/internships 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized, able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Handle information with professionalism and utmost confidentiality.
