Position Summary Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Electronic Warfare (EW) Program Manager supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Helicopter Division (AFLCMC/WIH) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. Our Program Managers leverage their expertise in acquisition program management to oversee systems, subsystems, and equipment procurement activities across all phases of the program life cycle. They support post-award project and program management efforts, develop plans, and recommend strategies that ensure cost, schedule, and performance goals are achieved. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: * Provide advanced expertise in Electronic Warfare systems, including technologies that intercept, identify, exploit, and counter hostile electromagnetic activity. Support Operational Flight Programs (OFPs) and airborne digital/analog computer systems, applying mastery of EW principles to ensure projects align with program objectives, cost, schedule, performance standards, and policy requirements. * Evaluate complex engineering approaches and resolve unique technical issues related to EW equipment installation, operations, and maintenance. Offer innovative recommendations to improve EW practices, systems, and processes. Review specifications, drawings, proposals, and supporting documentation while presenting clear conclusions and recommendations. * Assess EW system performance, define data and performance requirements, and deliver comprehensive briefings and technical reports documenting progress and results. Maintain awareness of emerging EW technologies and R&D advancements to ensure proper emphasis throughout life-cycle support. * Collaborate with key EW and intelligence organizations such as NASIC, MSIC, NGIC, NMIC, AFRL, SOAWC, IDAL, and GTRI during OFP and threat table development, testing, and integration activities. Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Secret Education: * Master's degree and 20 years of relevant experience * Electronic Warfare Program management experience preferably within a DoD acquisition or other regulated environment Preferred Qualifications * Advanced Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Expertise
* Technical Proficiency with OFPs and Airborne EW Hardware/Software
* Ability to Solve Complex, Novel, and Multi-Domain Technical Problems
* Strategic Communication and Decision Support Skills
