Join our Department of Critical Care and play a key role in supporting the education and development of future healthcare professionals. As a Program Coordinator , you'll manage the operational rhythm behind critical care education, partnering with physician leaders, program teams, and learners to ensure programs run smoothly and effectively.
In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate ICU schedules for medical students, interns, and residents
  • Collaborate with Internal Medicine and Emergency Department leaders, residency and fellowship coordinators, and program management
  • Plan and organize Critical Care Grand Rounds and departmental educational programs
  • Support Critical Care Education Governance Council meetings and related initiatives
  • Maintain and update educational platforms, including Canvas and SharePoint
  • Assist the Vice Chair of Education with evaluations, reporting, and new educational initiatives
  • Serve as a key point of contact for faculty, learners, vendors, and other stakeholders

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Driver's license may be required based on department business need.
  3. Experience: One year of experience in healthcare or related work experience required. Some roles may require experience in a specific program area.

The pay range for this position is $45,697.60 to $60,902.40 per year.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
