Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

KLA is seeking a Supplier Communication Program Manager to own and scale supplier communication programs across a global supplier network. In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator of our supplier communications platform, managing supplier outreach campaigns, supplier contact data, compliance requests, and engagement processes that support critical business operations. You will work closely with Strategic Sourcing, Global Operations, Trade Compliance, Legal, and Supplier Management teams to ensure supplier information is accurate, accessible, and actionable. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, managing large datasets, improving processes, and driving results through supplier engagement and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Communications

  • Own the administration and day-to-day operation of supplier communication platforms, including supplier contact management, campaigns, distribution lists, and response tracking.
  • Design and execute supplier outreach campaigns supporting compliance requests, supplier onboarding, business continuity initiatives, and regulatory data collection.
  • Manage supplier communication workflows and engagement processes to improve responsiveness, accountability, and data quality.
  • Monitor supplier participation and response rates while identifying opportunities to improve engagement.

Supplier Data & Reporting

  • Maintain supplier contact records and related supplier data across internal systems.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze supplier information to ensure completeness, accuracy, and usability.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPIs that provide visibility into supplier communication effectiveness and program performance.
  • Translate supplier data into clear business insights for Operations, Sourcing, and leadership teams.

Program Operations & Process Improvement

  • Partner with sourcing, supplier management, trade compliance, and operational teams to support supplier information requests and reporting needs.
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Develop repeatable processes and governance practices for supplier communications and supplier data management.
  • Support supplier-facing initiatives related to Country of Origin, supply chain transparency, compliance documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting supplier management, procurement operations, supply chain operations, supplier communications, data management, or business operations.
  • Experience administering communication platforms, CRM systems, supplier databases, or similar business systems.
  • Experience with communication platforms such as Constant Contact, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  • Strong experience managing large datasets and producing actionable reports and insights.
  • Advanced experience with reporting and dashboard tools
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to data quality and detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable building processes in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting suppliers, vendors, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain organizations.
  • Experience with supplier onboarding, supplier master data, supplier compliance, or supplier reporting programs.
  • Experience creating dashboards and executive-level reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
