Job description

Sales Intern

As a Sales Intern, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests at our fun, high-energy indoor amusement attraction! You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and guest engagement while working alongside our Sales and Marketing teams to bring groups, organizations, and visitors through our doors. From coordinating group bookings and supporting marketing initiatives to connecting with prospective customers, you’ll help ensure every interaction is seamless and every visit is as WONDERful as possible—leaving our guests with a positive, lasting impression.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Sales Management team with new sales contracts, group bookings, host arrivals, follow-up communications, and other sales-related activities.
  • Assist with the execution of sales and marketing strategies designed to grow identified niche markets.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls and email communications to provide information to prospective customers and clients.
  • Represent the company professionally at community and promotional events through positive guest interactions, word-of-mouth marketing, and promotional materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and help create positive, memorable experiences for guests and clients.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate guest and customer needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Previous cold-calling experience preferred or willingness to learn.
  • Experience using CRM systems preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in themed entertainment, hospitality, sales, or a related field preferred.
