Responsibilities:
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Follow up with the leads we provide and build real relationships with buyers and sellers.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits.
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations using the scripts and frameworks we'll train you on, utilizing our comprehensive CRM system to manage client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
  • Host open houses and show homes.
  • Work closely with our transaction team to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, allowing you to focus on client engagement and sales activities.
