JOB SUMMARY
As a Pilates Reformer Coach, you'll lead members through safe, effective, and engaging reformer-based workouts designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. You'll create an inclusive and motivating environment that supports members of all fitness levels while delivering a high-quality group experience that aligns with our brand standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead Pilates Reformer classes with clear instruction, proper form cues, and modifications as needed.
  • Build strong connections with members to support retention and engagement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
  • Ensure all sessions start and end on time and follow established programming guidelines.
  • Support club initiatives and promote upcoming programs or events.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, or equivalent).
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills; team-player mindset.
