Job description

Location: Missouri (Regional Travel Required)

Reporting To: Business Owner / CEO

Employment Type: Full-Time (Flexible Hours / On-Call Availability)

Career Path: Operations, Regional Management, or Executive Leadership

Position Overview

Storm Pros MO—a premier, rapidly growing multi-trade restoration firm specializing in storm recovery, roofing, and insurance claims navigation—is seeking a high-energy, dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to report directly to the Business Owner.

This is far more than a typical admin job. As the owner’s strategic right hand, you will be deeply involved in daily operations, executive scheduling, field coordination, and regional travel. We are looking for a highly professional, career-minded individual with a passion for learning the business from the inside out. If you are adaptable, eager to absorb operations, and driven to grow into a higher-level leadership role within our scaling company, this position offers direct mentorship and unlimited growth potential.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Executive Direct Support: Manage complex schedules, prioritize daily agendas, and handle multi-city travel logistics throughout Missouri. Act as a proactive "gatekeeper" to keep the owner organized, focused, and on schedule.
  • Operational Readiness: Accompany the owner to regional field sites, client meetings, and high-priority vendor negotiations as needed.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain clean digital/physical files, manage customer data in our CRM, and ensure operational records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the primary hub connecting the owner, sales teams, field crews, clients, and external vendors.
  • Insurance Navigation Support: Advocate for claims by managing direct, professional communications with insurance companies to resolve priority cases.
  • Special Projects: Adapt quickly to shifting daily tasks, step into new operational challenges, and execute cross-functional initiatives to help the company scale.

What We Look For (Requirements)

  • Uncompromising Professionalism & Integrity: A dedicated work ethic, high discretion with sensitive business data, and a commitment to representing the owner and firm at the highest standard.
  • Growth Mindset & Eagerness to Learn: A genuine interest in understanding the restoration/roofing industry and a strong desire to take on more responsibility over time.
  • Extreme Adaptability: Comfortable with changing priorities, non-traditional hours, and dynamic travel days.
  • Communication & Tech Literacy: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), cloud platforms, and mobile apps.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, clean driving record, and full willingness for regional travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years in administrative support, operations, or personal assistant roles (restoration, construction, or real estate background is a major plus).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
