  • Lead emergency water mitigation projects
  • Supervise and develop technicians
  • Communicating with homeowners and customers
  • Ensure jobs are completed safely and correctly
  • Make a real difference during someone's worst day
  • Storm Response Deployment: Employees in this position may be asked to assist with localized storm events and catastrophe (CAT) response efforts in other Team Miller locations. Employees should be able to travel on short notice for temporary assignments supporting disaster recovery operations.
