We're looking for a Floor Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and wants to be part of a team that values quality and reliability.


What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in delivering the finished product our customers see and remember.

  • Install LVP, carpet, and pad with precision and attention to detailย 
  • Measure, cut, and fit materials to ensure a clean, professional finishย 
  • Prepare subfloors (leveling, cleaning, minor repairs) prior to installationย 
  • Remove and dispose of existing flooring as neededย 
  • Complete seams, transitions, and finishing details the right wayย 
  • Work closely with Project Managers to stay on schedule and hit deadlinesย 
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job siteย 
  • Communicate progress and flag any job site concerns earlyย
