Summary

The Warehouse/Delivery Associate is responsible for providing support to the Warehouse Team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Properly complete necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading and shipping forms.
  • Maintain and operate the parts storeroom in a neat, orderly, and safe manner.
  • Load and unload material shipments using hand trucks, forklifts, hand tools, and/or other records.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders to verify correct pricing and quantities.
  • Identify, mark, and segregate material to appropriate areas.
  • Responsible for reconciling records or notifying proper personnel when material quantity, description, or quality does not match recorded or intended levels.
  • Coordinate with Service Departments and Special Projects Groups to ensure stocking parts needs are met.
  • Be innovative in suggesting additional duties or changes to improve operations.
  • Maintain rapport and positive working relations with all intercompany personnel
  • Operate company vehicles responsibly.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Class C Commercial Driver's License - preferred


Physical Demands 

The position requires the candidate to have the ability to lift in assistance of loading, unloading, and storing materials and equipment. The position will also require bending, climbing, pulling, pushing, balancing, kneeling, twisting, standing, and climbing stairs and ladders.



The anticipated compensation range for this position is:  $18-$22 per hour depending on skills, education, and experience.  In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits packages to our team members (and options for their families) such as vacation, sick, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible team members are able to enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan.
