What is a store worker?

Store workers are employees who perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of retail stores. Their responsibilities typically include stocking shelves, assisting customers, operating cash registers, maintaining store cleanliness, and helping with inventory management. Store workers play a crucial role in providing customer service and ensuring products are available and displayed correctly. They may work in supermarkets, department stores, convenience stores, or specialty shops. The specific duties can vary depending on the size and type of store.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a store worker?
