Description
TASTE is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead to support our warehouse operations and fulfillment needs. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery runs are properly prepared, providing backup driver coverage when needed, and leading evening and weekend fulfillment projects. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working independently, and takes pride in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
Warehouse Logistics Support
  • Prepare and stage store deliveries by stacking, organizing, and wrapping totes on pallets.
  • Ensure all delivery loads are ready for scheduled departures.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient staging areas.
  • Assist with the movement of inventory, packaging materials, warehouse supplies, and finished products.
  • Support warehouse workflow to ensure smooth daily operations.
Backup Delivery Driver
  • Provide delivery route coverage when scheduled drivers are unavailable.
  • Safely and efficiently complete store delivery routes.
  • Maintain all required driver qualifications, including a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current insurance documentation.
  • Communicate route concerns, delivery issues, or vehicle maintenance needs promptly.
Fulfillment Leadership
  • Lead evening and weekend fulfillment operations.
  • Support seasonal gift production, packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment.
  • Train and direct seasonal team members to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
  • Manage supply levels and maintain organized fulfillment workstations.
  • Support e-commerce orders, corporate gifting, wholesale projects, repack initiatives, and seasonal production needs.
  • Ensure fulfillment areas are stocked, organized, and reset for the next shift.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, shipping, or production experience preferred.
  • Leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to train and guide team members while maintaining productivity standards.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort working with inventory, shipping, and order systems.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the shift.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to move pallets, carts, totes, and inventory safely.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
