About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our retail team. This role is ideal for an experienced luxury sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is ready to take on a stronger leadership role on the sales floor.


As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead by example, drive sales performance, support the development of the team, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store. You will work closely with the store's management team and act as a key leader during shifts, helping to motivate the team, elevate the client experience, and maintain operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Deliver an Elevated Client Experience

  • Lead the sales floor with energy, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
  • Support the achievement of the store's sales plan by driving team performance, maximizing client opportunities, and contributing to overall store revenue goals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals while supporting overall store performance.
  • Build authentic relationships with clients through personalized service, styling recommendations, and follow-up.
  • Encourage clienteling and loyalty-building activities that strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency to ensure a positive resolution.
  • Support VIP appointments, events, and high-touch service moments.


Lead & Support the Team

  • Supervise the sales floor and provide direction to team members during shifts.
  • Support daily leadership needs in partnership with the store's management team
  • Coach and motivate associates to achieve sales, service, and productivity goals.
  • Provide real-time feedback, recognition, and performance support.
  • Help identify training and development opportunities for the team.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.


Drive Store Operations

  • Support the execution of opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by supporting regular inventory cycle counts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring inventory processes are followed.
  • Assist with online order support, product pulls, and customer inquiries in partnership with the Ecommerce team.
  • Help ensure operational processes and policies are consistently followed.
  • Support store events and community engagement initiatives that build brand awareness and strengthen local relationships.


Collaborate Across the Business

  • Work closely with Buying, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Contribute to a team first culture where collaboration and shared success are valued.


Who You Are

  • 1+ year of leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a client-facing sales role preferred.
  • Passionate about designer fashion, luxury brands, trends, and sustainability.
  • Proven ability to deliver results while maintaining a high standard of service and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly, including POS, and retail technology platforms.
  • Reliable, accountable, and proactive with excellent judgment and attention to detail.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.


Expectations

  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability during peak business periods, including Black Friday, Boxing Day, and the holiday season through mid-January.
  • A willingness to support additional projects, responsibilities, and initiatives as needed by the store's management team.
