Our Customs Approved Store Room (CASR) operation plays a critical role in supporting international airline partners by ensuring secure inventory management, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted operational support.

POSITION SUMMARY

The CASR Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation, inventory control, security, and regulatory compliance of Abby's Catering's bonded warehouse operation.

This position oversees the receipt, storage, tracking, replenishment, and issuance of bonded inventory while ensuring compliance with all applicable U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), TSA, airport authority, company, and customer requirements.

The CASR operation requires inventory replenishment coverage and administrative/compliance support five (5) days per week. The CASR Supervisor is responsible for coordinating staffing, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational support while participating in occasional on-call coverage as business needs require.

CORE PURPOSE

To oversee the secure storage, tracking, and provisioning of dutiable and international merchandise in compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), TSA, and company regulations, ensuring bonded inventory is accurately accounted for from arrival through aircraft departure while supporting uninterrupted airline operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control

Supervise daily operations of the Customs Approved Store Room (CASR) bonded warehouse.
Receive, inspect, verify, store, and issue bonded inventory.
Ensure inventory accuracy through inventory management systems, cycle counts, audits, and documentation.
Coordinate daily replenishment activities supporting airline catering operations.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, security, and storage practices.
Prepare and maintain required inventory, operational, and compliance records.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of operational requirements.
Support time-sensitive airline schedules and operational demands.

Regulatory Compliance

Maintain compliance with CBP, TSA, airport authority, and company regulations.
Monitor and enforce bonded warehouse procedures and inventory controls.
Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and maintained according to regulatory requirements.
Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews as required.
Maintain security standards associated with bonded inventory operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge (AP Badge).
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) pass.
Valid Texas Driver License with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks and F-650 type vehicles, following company training and authorization requirements.

Availability for occasional on-call coverage as business needs require.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, airline catering, supply chain, or related environments.
Experience maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory management systems.
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and inventory management software.
Ability to work in a regulated operational environment with strict compliance requirements.
English proficiency (verbal and written).
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred

Supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, airline catering, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
Experience working within bonded warehouse, customs-controlled, or regulated environments.
Knowledge of CBP, TSA, airport authority, and airline operational requirements.
Experience supporting inventory replenishment programs and operational compliance processes.


PHYSICAL & OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to perform hands-on warehouse duties on a daily basis.
Receive shipments, unload inventory, stock products, and move materials throughout the facility.
Frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and move inventory weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the workday.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
Ability to respond to operational issues and support time-sensitive airline schedules.
