A Store Reset job involves rearranging products, shelving, and displays within a retail store to follow updated layouts or marketing plans. This process may include moving merchandise, replacing signage, assembling fixtures, and ensuring items are placed correctly per a planogram. Store resets are typically done by teams during non-business hours to minimize disruption. The goal is to improve store organization, product visibility, and overall shopping experience.

What does a typical shift look like for someone working in store reset?

A typical shift in a Store Reset role often involves working during off-hours or overnight to rearrange product displays, stock shelves, and ensure store layouts match the latest planogram specifications. The work is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring careful coordination to complete resets efficiently before the store reopens to customers. Successfully completing these resets keeps stores looking fresh and helps improve shopping experiences for customers.
