The ideal candidate will have previous work experience related to The UPS Store or similar retail and shipping environments, ensuring familiarity with shipping procedures, customer service excellence, and store operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with shipping, receiving, and packaging services.
  • Operate store equipment and software to process orders accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries professionally.
  • Manage inventory and stock supplies as needed.
  • Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Able to work a rotating work schedule for weekends for both Saturday and Sunday.
