Job description

Role Overview
This is a hybrid role that supports inventory, shipping, register, and the sales floor.
You’ll be responsible for making sure product is received, processed, and ready to sell while also stepping in to support customers and the team when needed.
If you’re organized, fast-paced, and like being hands-on, this is a great fit.
Responsibilities:
  •  Receive, tag, and enter inventory into system (Shopify/PIM).
  •  Maintain back stock organization and inventory accuracy. 
  •  Pack and ship online and in-store orders.
  •  Process transfers, returns, and incoming shipments. 
  •  Operate register (POS) and assist with transactions. 
  •  Support customers in-store as needed .
  •  Answer phones and assist with basic customer inquiries. 
  •  Help restock and maintain the sales floor. 
  •  Assist with general office tasks and store operations.
